Home to a wide variety of ancient trees, one of the chief attractions at the Son Muntaner is the oldest olive tree on the island, which is more than a thousand years old and has been named the “Sa Capitana.”
Son Quint is one of the more recent additions to Majorca’s golfing culture. Located in close proximity to the Son Vida and Son Muntaner courses, the Son Quint stakes claim to a beautiful spot that overlooks the Bay of Palma. The golf course here presents a wide array of challenges to even experienced golfers in the form of strategically placed bunkers, huge lakes, and fast Bent Grass greens. All withstanding, the course offers 4 different tee positions, which allows everybody to have a nice time at their game. The fairways are covered with Bermuda Princess grass, which is the standard for most internationally acclaimed golf courses situated in hot temperature zones. The course’s highlight is obviously the eighth tee which offers a spectacular view of the Palma Cathedral
