I manage to buy and rent out my timeshare weeks through FAB with a minimum of hassle. Paperwork was completed efficiently. FAB smoothed things out for me when there were problems especially in handling money - I don't have a bank account in Spain and I don't like to lose money in FOREX and in interbank transfers. FAB was flexible in responding to my unusual requests eg in agreeing to disburse monies due to me from rentals in the form of cash cheque when I was in Marbella and sending them to my MVC account to settle my maintenance fees.
