Calling all culture-vultures! Owning a timeshare in the Marbella Beach Resort allows you to experience at first hand the exciting city culture of Málaga at any time. This weekend – on Saturday, 20th may – if you visit the capital of the Costa Del Sol, there’s a special treat in store. Welcome to a night of culture and art, as the 10th edition of Malaga’s Noche en Blanco takes place. Best of all, it’s FREE.

Music, literature, art, they’re all to see with exhibitions, street performances, urban art and street theatre.

Culture overload

Join in the fun, naturally remember that there will be long queues for the galleries, but it’s a fantastic opportunity to sample a little taste of all the culture this fascinating city has to offer. A little patience will bring so much pleasure!

 

A dreamy theme

Each year, the festival has a theme, and this year it is ‘Dreams’. To reflect this, An artistic installation of helium clouds which will recreate and represent a constellation full of dreams. Unique artistic performances and original talent will fill the streets, one of the best areas to explore it all will be the trendy, upcoming Soho, already known for it’s amazing street graffiti. There’s a children’s performance in this area too, so take along the whole family for a night of fun.

Information points

There are two information points to be aware of, so you gain the most from Noche en Blanco. The first is located in Calle Larios on the south end, and the second is located in the Archivo Histórico Municipal, which is on the main avenue close to the Alameda, or main drag. On Saturday, there’ll be a fabulous light show running in the Alameda. Drop along from Thursday to pick up information leaflets and anything else to prepare for the exciting night ahead.
