All of our Marriott’s Phuket Beach Club rentals are rented directly from the owner and the prices can be negotiated. Please contact us with any rental requirements you have even if you cannot see your exact dates, as we may have not had a chance to update the website with availability immediately a listing is registered . When you rent from Fab you will receive a written Marriott Vacation Club confirmation in your name, which confirms the arrival and departure dates, the number of bedrooms in your apartment and all other information needed for your resort check in.

Would you like to rent out your week or weeks?
If you are not using your timeshare and would like us to rent the week/weeks out for you then it’s free to list it for rental. When we have an offer we simply contact you with the amount offered and you have the option if you are happy to proceed we send you and the renter and agreement, the lead guest name on the booking confirmation is then changed into the renters name and you are paid the agreed amount. Our success rate on Marriott’s Phuket Beach Club rentals is over 90% which is higher than any other company. If you change your mind before we have found you a renter or decide you want to use it yourself or bank the week then all we ask is you let us know.
