Would you like to rent out your week or weeks?
If you are not using your timeshare and would like us to rent the week/weeks out for you then it’s free to list it for rental. When we have an offer we simply contact you with the amount offered and you have the option if you are happy to proceed we send you and the renter and agreement, the lead guest name on the booking confirmation is then changed into the renters name and you are paid the agreed amount. Our success rate on Marriott’s Club Son Antem rentals is over 90% which is higher than any other company. If you change your mind before we have found you a renter or decide you want to use it yourself or bank the week then all we ask is you let us know.
